Natalie Afota-Shefer is the PHD Student of Organizational Behavior at Recanati Business School. She holds a BA degree in Psychology, from Haifa University, and an MSC in management, from Tel Aviv University.
Natalie is an accomplished Human Resources professional with extensive background in Developing a performance management system, recruitment and retention, Staff training and development, Management Coaching, and Contract negotiation and compliance.
In recent years Natalie works as a researcher at the Eli Hurvitz Institute of Strategic Management and teaching assistant in several courses at the Recanati faculty of management.
