Details of Annual Tuition Fee Payment Process

Payment by payment vouchers

Anyone choosing to pay by payment vouchers is sent an installments page consisting solely of installment no. 1 or the prepayment and a debit voucher if the student has a debt from the previous year.

The installments page sent includes the following:

• Ancillary fees
• Tuition fee percentage per semester hour
• Total charge for prolongation (if required under the regulations set forth below).

The entire tuition fee may be made by prepayment or in installment no. 1.

Additional payment vouchers will be issued for payment on November 5, 2024, December 5, 2024, February 5, 2025, March 5, 2025 and April 6, 2025.

Please note: a charge of NIS 20 will be added for issue of a payment voucher, with the exception of the first payment voucher.

The charge for issuing a payment voucher will be made by the examinee’s card for Semester 1 and the examinee’s card for the end of the academic year.

Payment by IDF release deposit

Since the deposit does not cover all the years of study, students financing part of their tuition fee by the deposit are also requested to update the tuition fee unit with respect to the method of payment of the tuition fee balance.

Payment from the deposit is performed by means of the payment voucher sent to you. If the payment voucher amount is higher than the balance in the deposit, the payment voucher amount from the deposit will be updated in the student portal (“payment by deposit”. The payment voucher will be sent to your university e-mail. 

The payment voucher is exempt from any administration charge.

The Fund for Discharged Soldiers changed the method of withdrawal of the deposit. The deposit cannot be paid out in the banks.

Applications for withdrawal of the deposit for studies may be submitted only via the personal account on the Division and Fund for Discharged Soldiers website.

In the personal account on the Division and Fund for Discharged Soldiers, type in the field the payment voucher serial number, the 9-digit identity card number and also the 7 digits of the payment voucher number appearing on the payment voucher.

For example, if the payment voucher number is 0301200 and the identity card number is 123456789, type in the field the serial number of the payment voucher: 1234567890301200, 16 digits in total.

The payment is accepted in the tuition fee accounts within one working week.
