Details of Annual Tuition Fee Payment Process
Prepayment
A student who has prepaid tuition fee at a rate of 100% or more, by September 14, 2024 shall be entitled to a discount at the rate of 2.5% of the base tuition fee. A student who pay during the time period August 14th - September 14th will be charged with linkage differences to the index July 2024 until the day of payment. A student who has not received a payment voucher in advance for any reason whatsoever and who is interested in paying in advance and obtaining a prepayment discount is requested to contact the tuition fee unit before September 14 and obtain a payment voucher.
Prepayment of the full tuition fee by September 14 by any of the payment methods will entitle the student to a discount at a rate of 2.5% of the student’s base tuition fee, on condition that the actual scope of studies is at a rate of at least 100% and that the student did not receive funding (with the exception of financial aid).
Students who have prepaid the full tuition fee (100%) and the program of studies in which they are studying is structured and does not enable studies in a scope of 100%, will be entitled to a prepayment discount of 2.5% of the base tuition fee for these students in the same year, on condition that the tuition fee percentage in that year is at least 80% of the tuition fee (a structured program is a program in the format of a school, for example, medicine and health professions, where the study program dictates the number and scope of hours required each year). In any such case, students will contact the tuition fee unit director with authority to approve the request as an exceptional case.
Candidates who enrolled to University by August 14 and were admitted to the University after August 14 will be entitled to a prepayment discount, on condition they paid the tuition fee in advance by no later than October 14. These students will contact the tuition fee unit in writing to obtain the discount credit.
For candidates who have been admitted, the advance paid at the expense of the 2024-2025 academic year was deducted.
The amount on the prepayment voucher is calculated according to the 100% nationwide annual tuition fee, although at the time of issue of the payment voucher there is still no information about the actual study hours. Students who believe that their scope of studies will be higher/lower than the 100% tuition fee and who are interested in paying in advance the entire tuition fee will contact the tuition fee unit by fax or email for the purpose of updating the payment voucher. Where students have paid the payment voucher in the amount of 100% and the scope of studies requires a tuition fee which is greater than 100%, additional payment vouchers will be sent.
If the scope of studies requires a tuition fee of less than 100%, the discount at a rate of 2.5% will be cancelled. Likewise, the discount will be cancelled for anyone who obtained funding for the tuition fee (also partial funding). The discount will not be cancelled for a student who prepaid 100% of the tuition fee and received a financial hardship scholarship.
