Ph.D. student in Organizational Behavior at the Coller School of Management, Tel-Aviv University.

Holds an M.B.A. in Business Administration, an M.A. in Global Migration & Policy, and an M.A. in Labor Studies, all from Tel-Aviv University.

Completed a B.A. in Communications and Sociology (Summa cum laude) from Tel-Aviv University.

Teaching assistant in Organizational Behavior – Micro, Work Stress and Employee Well-being and Leadership courses.  

Has managerial experience in the public and private sectors.

Employee motivation, well-being, and organizational innovation.
