Dr. Rafael Hod

Dr. Rafael Hod is an Industrial Engineer, holds an MBA in marketing research and a Doctorate in Industrial Engineering, all of them from Tel-Aviv University. 

Dr. Hod has a vast experience in teaching, supervising, consulting and managing organizational units: in academia, industrial & service organizations and International high-tech firms.

His research fields are focusing on development of strategic models for evaluating performance in healthcare systems, e.g., a model for planning national HR requirements, for the Israeli Ministry of Health, and a methodology for measuring the academic value of hospitals. In addition, he is a member of The Israel National Institute for Health Policy Research (NIHP)'s research club, where he presents his research outcomes on a regular basis.
