Gal Oestreicher-Singer is the Mexico Professor of Information Systems at the Coller School of Management and the Vice Rector of Tel Aviv University. She holds degrees in Law and Electrical Engineering and received her Ph.D. from the Stern School of Business at New York University. Her research focuses on the impact of Generative AI applications, consumer engagement, and peer influence on digital consumers and online business models.
Her work has been published in the leading journals in Information Systems and Marketing. She has held editorial positions at MIS Quarterly and Management Science and currently serves as a Senior Editor at Information Systems Research. She is the recipient of numerous prestigious honors, including the AIS Best Dissertation Award, multiple best paper awards, the ISS Fellow Award, and two ERC grants.
