Termination of Studies (Cancelation of Enrollment) Regulations

Termination of studies (for personal reasons) of students and candidates who registered for Semester 1 and wish to start studying in Semester 2.

Candidates/students accepted to Semester 1 in a specific major and cancelling and wishing to study in Semester 2 of the same year and in the same majors are entitled to transfer the entire amount paid in Semester 1 to their credit to Semester 2. The right to transfer the funds (in respect of candidates) is subject to the decision of the admissions committee on the candidates’ acceptance to Semester 2.

 

Students accepted to Semester 1 and who notified of termination by the month before the start of the academic year and the program of studies did not start in Semester 2 of the same year, shall be entitled to transfer the entire amount of the advance paid in Semester 1 to Semester 1 of the following year. Utilization of the advance will only be permitted if they satisfy the acceptance conditions in the following semester.

 

Students accepted to Semester 2 in a specific major and discontinuing studying up to two weeks after the start of Semester 2 (the end of the period of changes in the courses), and admitted for the following academic year in the same majors, are entitled to a transfer of the entire advance amount paid in Semester 2 to Semester 1 of the following year. Utilization of the advance will only be permitted if the candidates satisfy the acceptance conditions in the following semester.

 

Handling the termination of studies for Semester 1 will be performed in respect of the aforesaid candidates/students as usual according to the date of cancellation. Upon acceptance to Semester B, the candidates/students will be required to contact the tuition fee unit to arrange the transfer of funds to their account in Semester 2.

 

This regulation applies only to a person who is not registered for courses in Semester 1 or was engaged with writing a thesis.

 

The regular regulations on termination will apply to anyone registered to courses or engaged in writing a thesis.  

 

If students do not start studies in Semester 2, the regulations on termination of studies will apply to them, according to the original date on which they terminated their studies for Semester 1.

 

Due to the Iron Swords War, the opening of the 2nd semester of Tashpad will begin on May 26, 2024.

The break dates were adjusted according to the opening date of the second semester:

1. Notice of suspension until 29.2.2024 Advance refund.

2. Notification of interruption of studies from 1.3.2024 until two weeks before the start of the second semester 11.5.2024 Treatment fees as specified in section 2 of the table.

3. Notice of interruption of studies from two weeks before the start of the second semester from 12.5.2024 until two weeks after the start of the second semester until 8.6.2024 treatment fees as detailed in section 3.

4. Notification of a break from the third week after the beginning of the semester from June 9, 2024. Full payment of the second semester.
