Does the digital wallet card replace the physical student card?
Yes. Once you add your student card to your digital wallet, your physical card will be deactivated, and all access permissions will be transferred to the digital wallet card.
My student card does not appear in the app. What should I do?
Please follow the instructions displayed on the screen. You may be asked to upload a photo or complete your tuition payment. If the issue persists, please submit a service request.
The app crashed while I was creating my card. What should I do?
Make sure you are using the latest version of the app and try again after a few minutes. If the problem continues, please submit a service request.
When will my card be ready to use?
Your card will be available for use approximately one hour after it has been created and added to your digital wallet.
Can I add the card to a different digital wallet?
No. The card is supported only in Apple Wallet and Google Wallet.
Can I use the digital wallet card on an iPad or computer?
No. The digital wallet card is supported on mobile phones only.
How do I enter campus using the digital wallet card?
Simply unlock your phone and hold it near the card reader. There is no need to open the app.
My card didn't work the first time I tapped it. What should I do?
Sometimes you may need to tap the card reader a second time.

Can I use the card on a smartwatch to enter campus?
No. The digital student card is not currently supported on smartwatches.
Can I use the digital wallet card to identify myself during exams?
No. During examinations, you must present a physical ID in accordance with University regulations.
Does the digital student card serve as an official ID?
Yes. Both the student card in the Personal Area app and the card stored in your digital wallet are recognized as the University's official digital identification.
How do I use my card at the library?
In the Digital Student Card section of the Personal Area app, you will find a barcode that can be used to access library services.
Can I present my student card outside the University?
Yes. You can present either the student card in the Personal Area app or the one stored in your digital wallet, subject to the policies of the organization requesting identification.
I'm using an iPhone and my photo doesn't appear on the card. Is this a problem?
No. On iPhones, you can view your photo by opening the card settings within Apple Wallet.
I purchased a new phone. What should I do?
You can create your digital student card again through the app. Access permissions on your previous device will be automatically revoked.
What should I do if my phone battery dies, or if my phone is lost or stolen?
You can enter campus by presenting a physical ID to the security guard at the gate. We recommend planning accordingly.
Can I transfer my student card to someone else?
No. The student card is strictly personal. Sharing or transferring it to another person may result in your campus access permissions being revoked.
