TAU breakthroughs prominent in Ministry of Science exhibition
The Ministry of Science, Technology and Space will feature six breakthroughs by TAU researchers at an upcoming exhibition

Israel's Ministry of Science, Technology and Space has curated a new exhibition on Israeli innovation and scientific contributions to humanity. The exhibition will be displayed at Israel's Ben Gurion International Airport, the main port of entry into Israel.
The exhibition will feature the work of the following Tel Aviv University researchers:
Prof. Keren Avraham - from the Sackler Faculty of Medicine.
Prof. Eshel Ben-Jacob, formerly of Tel Aviv University's School of Physics and Astronomy.
Prof. Ehud Gazit - from the Department of Molecular Microbiology and Biotechnology.
Prof. Yossi Leshem of Tel Aviv University's Department of Zoology.
Dr. Noa Shenkar of Tel Aviv University's Department of Zoology and Steinhardt Museum of Natural History.
Dr. Yossi Yovel of Tel Aviv University's Department of Zoology and the Bat Lab for Neuro Ecology.
It will also feature TAU's contribution to the world's largest experiment: a huge system of state of the art muon detectors, developed and built in collaboration with the Weizmann Institute of Science and the Technion. It is central to the operation of the ATLAS experiment, operating at the European center for Nuclear Research (CERN).
The exhibition will officially open tomorrow, March 7th, and include large photos of the scientific discoveries and breakthroughs of each researcher.
