Tel Aviv Bar Talk: meet, drink, think

This Tuesday, March 28th, our experts will be explaining the world over drinks
26 March 2017

How do we better help people in need? And what's the significance of having a dual citizenship? This Tuesday is your chance to find out, by meeting TAU experts face-to-face over drinks.

Tel Aviv University International together with the Tel Aviv-Yafo Municipality presents a new series of talks to bring you current academic topics relevant for everyday life. The first talk will focus on global migration.

Dr. Yossi Harpaz, of the Department of Sociology and Anthropology, will talk about “compensatory citizenship”: elites from outside the West who strategically obtain a second citizenship to secure more opportunities, freedom of movement or as an "insurance policy".

Dr. Chamutal Eitam, CEO and founder of 3 Million Club, from the MA Program in Conflict Resolution and Mediation will address the challenges of humanitarian aid organizations and how to make them more effective.
