Prof. Uri Shaked to receive Israel Prize in Engineering
Prof. emeritus of TAU's Iby and Aladar Fleischman Faculty of Engineering will receive the prestigious award this spring

The Israeli Minister of Education has announced that Prof. Uri Shaked will receive the Israel Prize in Engineering, for his lifelong, groundbreaking work in the field.
Prof. Shaked began teaching at Tel Aviv University in 1976 and served as the dean of the Iby and Aladar Fleischman Faculty of Engineering from 1993 until 1998. His research interests include robust linear control and estimation, time-delay systems, switching systems, and control and estimation of linear stochastic systems.
