The latest brainchild of the TAU Trust in Great Britain is its Culture Group. Led by TAU Trust Legacy Manager Avril Fleishman and a committee of four dedicated members who make it their business to know what is happening on the London scene, the new group organizes interesting cultural events, the proceeds of which go to TAU.

At the first event held by the new Culture Group, 100 guests and dance enthusiasts packed out Sadler's Wells London's Dance House in November to enjoy the opening night of Deca Dance, a vibrant performance by the Batsheva Ensemble. Avril Fleishman thanked the audience for its support of TAU: "We were delighted to host such an enthusiastic group of supporters at out first Culture Group event."

Continuing on from its successful launch, the Culture Group organized a production of "Old Money", starring TAU Honorary Doctor Maureen Lipman. The sold-out December performance, held at the Hampstead Theater in London, was followed by a lively talk by Ms. Lipman and Tracy-Ann Oberman.
